Stop doing Credit applications, remove me from your data base

May you please remove my details from your database, I only did 1 credit application with Bears in Olive. Which wasn't approved, so why am I getting Enquiry notification each and every month. I have called the branch numerous times to tell them to stop but they continue since August 2024. Please do something about it because you are ruining my credit profile with all these credit applications you do monthly. Please stop it. BEARS OLIVEN
