Still waiting for my refund

I am tired and done doing a follow up on my refund how did I even get debited if the account shows that its paid already. At this point and time I just feel like you can come collect the staff bought and cancel the contract.

Had it been that Im the 1 who didn't pay I was gonna be called till I did but now that tables have turned we are not cared for as customers.

Im using a check account, its January I had all my finances planned now that u debited my account all my other debit orders are bouncing and Im sitting at R500 for only unpaid debits and when the refund comes in half of the money will go to that and I still have to cover the deficit is that fair on me...come month you are going to debit the full amount without even thinking twice is this treating customers fairly.

I want my refund paid into my account by the end of the day and I dont want the installments to be debited I'll come pay them myself.
