Still waiting for a replacement couch

I have phone 5 times, asking when I will be received my replacement recliner couch, as I didn't buy it even 5 months ago, and this is the same second recliner they need to replace again.... and guess what.... still waiting for that couch, and still waiting for them to phone and arrange when I will be receiving it. They were so eager for me to buy... But look at the bad service!
