STILL NO RESPONSE after 2 HelloPeter complaints

<p>I logged a complaint the beggining of the week and then logged a second one and I am yet to receive a response. Then I check and see that 2 other complaints were logged after mine my someone else but they received a response is Lewis Stores intentially trying to be spiteful. This is truly pathetic.</p>
