My husband has 2 accounts with Lewis and December they created a 3rd account *****ulently and deducted R2400,00 and when he queries they tell him that they see the third account and the money and it happened before Christmas, they told him that they will refund him and today it’s the 2nd of January 2025 he directly went to Lewis store in Kriel and they said they will pay him back but they said they don’t have enough money. So disappointed and what a poor service he received and the Manager doesn’t want to assist him anymore.
