Statement

My name is Tracy Royland and i called lewis head office to ask for a statement as i have been receiving statement and the consultant i spoke to said she cannot send it to me because it get sent by the 16th ,,, now i am the paying customer looking for a statement and they are refusing to send me one, this is why funiture shops are not being paid, i will cancel the debit order then they will start hounding me for payment but they refused to just send me a current statement
