Staff members humiliated me

I have a debt at Lewis store and I had only missed a payment, which I must pay today. I was very disappointed today with the staff's behavior. I found two staff members from Lewis store at my workplace waiting for me to collect debts, I was very humiliated with the way they had approached me, coming to my workplace and humiliating me for missing one payment which is due today... Am very disappointed and I'll never shop at the Tshilamba Lewis stores
