I sent an email on Saturday the 10th of January to Lewis to request a letter that states that my account is not in arrears, I called the call centre Monday and today and the consultant assured me that I will receive the letter before the end of business today. I still haven’t received the letter even now and I told the consultant that I need to use it urgently.
