If it's one thing that really frustrates me then it's the fact that shops are quick to message and call to make payments, but when you as a customer made payment via cash send and a debit order went off then it's a process to get the money back. I've been messaging and calling the store even sent the screenshot of the money that was debited from my account and whoever is being the phone first wants 3 months payslips I don't see what that has to do with sending me money back really bad services!!
