Sooo disappointed

Lewis Wellington - Sales person is a great guy BUT .......We bought a queen size bed in March 2023, its October and we received our 3rd matrass and 2nd base ....the bed keeps on sagging and they keep on replacing it with the same brand, EVERYTIME we have to struggle for them to replace it, this is now the 4th time we contacted them with the very same problem and STILL waiting for them to get back to us +- 3 weeks already again. Head office is PATHETIC! people stay away! The quality of the beds @ Lewis is SH#T .

They also do not want to refund us. But i mean if you buy a bed its supposed to last you years, not 2 months ! So Fed up. NEVER AGAIN
