sold 2nd hand products

My wife bought a used kelvinator 4 plate stove 640 white.the unit was bought cash and when it was delievered t was not even inside the box.one element was not working.store was contacted and they never came to check the unit.proof of purchase given looks ***** as well.called the store couples of times about the product and they keep on saying the sales rep is not in.the stove only worked once and it is smelly inside as well.store failed to assist all we need now is our money back
