So much for same day delivery.....
So yesterday at 11:33 I purchased a restonic bed cash as well as paid for delivery which I was asked by Errol if im not mistaken if I wanted it delivered by today (meaning yesterday) I said yes today. I waited till past 6 with no fone call or nothing. I thought they had same day delivery. Yet here I am still waiting, tried calling yesterday and today but the shop is closed. I said I wanted the bed yesterday because I actually needed it like yesterday. I was told they will call you later to find out where you are,which never happened now shops closed and its another day I need to wait. Melissa bell ***. Receipt number 830976. Branch 249 lenasia lewis.

01 Feb 2021, 13:13Its past 1 already monday and still no bed which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday day of purchase ( same day delivery). I tried calling the shop but the fones are never answered. Errol if that's his name even gave his number but there is no answer. This is not on I have been waiting since Saturday morning. This is very inconvenient. No follow-up on delivers or phone calls to customers to let them know what's happening nothing I feel like getting a refund because this inconvenience is not on really. Highly disappointed. We were at the shop this morning were told that they were on their way till now. This is unexceptable. Phone calls cost money, coming there cost petrol and still to just be told a story so we could be quiet. Not on!
