So disappointed in Lewis Stores Middelburg

No response, no service for over a month. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Furniture returned , contract not cancelled but still takes installment from account. Numerous phonecalls, messages, whatsapp's sent. Been ignored or promises made but not kept. Lewis Stores Middelburg Mpumalanga SADC Street, dealt with Sisilia ( manager) and Moses Both myself and husband have contacted them numerous times! Been in store to cancel contract than they say their system is off, left all my documents as requested. Promised she would mail documents and nothing. But furniture is collected after over month complaining.
