Sinotec tv

I am very disappointed with Lewis store in Russell Street. I bought tv there back in 2019. A year after i discovered ink on the corner of tv. The tv had no fallen or anything the ink just appeared there. I reported the matter and they took the tv in foe repairs. Last 2021 the same ink appeared on the spot. They took again for repairs. Again this the same ink has appeared. When i reported i made it clear to head office and Candice the stork manager that it will be the 3rd time that this tv is being taken for repairs for the same problem. And the worst part is if they take it and it comes back with the same problem i have to fix it at my own cost because my insurance expires on the 13 June. They collected the tv 2 weeks after laying the complaint. The tv came back with the small dot of ink and i made head office aware. Today out of nowhere the ink spread into a ball. I am really really disappointed. Because i told them that its will be the 3rd this tv is being replaced for the same problem. Instead they wanted to give a new fridge while the TV still has the same problem.
