Sinotec Smart 50 inch Tv.

I brought a Tv- Sinotec 50inch smart tv that had build in apps like Neflix , Youtube ,Showmax etc to my surprise showmax isn't responding. Been calling the Lewis store in Vosloorus and we kept going around in circles. I took the decision to take the Tv to the store so they can atleast check it cause sales person stated they will be able to fix it and nothing was done because they know nothing and I then requested atleast they exchange it still nothing was done , I was then informed that they will come to my house with a technician and I'm still waiting till today. The after sale service is really poor.
