Sinotec guarantee

I opened up an account at Lewis in 2020 and then in 2023 my television Sinotec had a problem and in which it was replaced but to my surprise in 2025 my television had a problem in which I was told that there is no guarantee on the television set According to Lewis they took the 2020 guarantee in which I know that is wrong. Lewis stores have no customers ethics and values.
