Side by side freezer-frigde

I received a fridge from lewis furniture that only worked for a week and a half. I went to the store that was initially bought on the 18th January and was told they will look in to the matter. I also tried to call, email and inbox on Facebook. The only thing I got was a querry number # 706523. It's been 10 days now that I have been without a fridge. Mind you I had to dispose all the goods I had in that fridge because they were off and now I can't even make a decent grocery so I have to buy food every day. This fridge feels like a curse in my life.
