Shelves to wardrobe drawers not supp**** after 3 weeks of purchase

I bought a wardrobe at Lewis Store Mabopane Branch in 02 October 2024. The wardrobe was delivered on 08 October 2024 (So much for their slogan "Same day delivery", what a load of lies!!! The wardrobe had to be assembled and the assembler kept postponing on when he wqs supposed to come. After he had assembled, we noticed that there were shelves to the drawers that are missing. I have called the store, their customer service but nothing is done but they are extremely quick to deduct the installment from one's account. These people do not care about customer's needs and complaints. Once yoy sign the contract they're done with you. This is by far the worst store I have bought from. I will advise anyone to reconsider before buying from them.
