<p>Dear sir /Madam</p> <p>On 1October i went to Lewis in Simon's town to settled my account but I couldn't go to the build upstees because I'm Welcher bond but the gave me settlement amount of R13356.55 which they told me to pay it before the 5 of October which i did pay it the same day, But today Lewis at Kayelisha branch Nonqubela they phoned me about outstanding amount of R679 that i must pay which I don't understand why.</p>
