Settled Lewis store amount back but still under debts.

I opened a furniture account on Lewis on 2017 by 2021 I had settled all the money I had to pay. This year 2022, I was trying to do some personal stuffs that require a person that do not have any other account on arrears. But then only to find out that I was never regarded to a person that paid back the amount I had to pay. I have been trying to get in contact with them but with no luck, I tried sending emails and also calling but I'm not getting any help at all. I have been trying for weeks now, everything on my side is stuck as I'm not able to do some things because of the account that is said to be in arrears.
