Settled Debt in full and still being charged

Please be advised that we settled the Debt for a staff member of ours which was exorbitant. And he is still being charged. We are still waiting for a confirmation that all is settled. We will be taking this to the police if nothing is done immediately as now this is theft. Regards, Lliam
