Settled acc inccorect reference

I have had worst experience with this store and the call center and store manager attridgeville Mirriam very unprofessional and her consultant Lebogang.

I have made payment with a incorrect reference number provided by the store now i have settled my account with them no one is able to retrieve my money because of the store incompetence.

The manager was not apologetic simply told me to call customer care and must accept mistake being provided with incorrect number is human error its my problem to fix.

I have called customer care center over 10 times where my calls get disconnected only after threatning is when i am able to speak to a superior.

I am disgusted at the level of service, if i was a owing client would receive million calls regarding my debt but i have settled my account they wont fix it want to continue to debit even though paid
