Service is an absolute "LIE"

I am now approaching 50 days since lewis collected half of my corner lounge to repair a mistake that they made on the previous repair.

After 3 weeks i phoned them to find out half of my couch was still sitting at the secunda store not even in for repair.

I have now spent lots of money having to phone them and head office repeatedly. We have been to the store. They simply just openly lie to you. I was promised the couch back now on so many occasions.

The last was it would have been delivered today 17th of april by the Store manager.

But yet again we are not even Worth a call. They simply couldn't care less!

I am so sick of promises and lies on poor quality furniture. I know that couch is now standing somewhere probably in rain and sun nothing done to it and stories keep coming in.

What is the next "answer" lewis??

And don't believe this company has responded privately. They simply do NOT communicate! Im still waiting for a reply on my other hello peter review?
