**** service from Lewis store again

Pietermaritzburg 419 church Street cumberwood Pietermaritzburg 3201 it's Lewis again 😥 with they **** service so my mother decided to buy herself a TV stand and she had seen a stand that she liked from the store so biggest problem shows up delivery day when Lewis decided and saw fit to deliver whatever **** stand they saw fit and ignore her personal selection and she told them but still ignored her so yesterday I decided to phone the store and talk to someone so I got a very extremely girl who refused with her name but claimed to be an assistant manager I then proceeded to tell her about the problem at hand and before I could even finish speaking she point blank refused to change the stand and bring the stand my mother had selected and said they gave her what they had I then asked her if that was communicated with my mother she said no there was no need mind u this stand my mother is buying she's didn't win it at a game or a gift she's going to pay for it mountly with her pension money I don't know how Lewis train they staff but I'll suggest they retrain them but while they think of that change the stand at home or I'll personally hire a van and come through this **** stand at your door step it's really a **** service and it's not my first **** experience with Lewis
