Service fees and insurance

Bought a fridge at one of their stores on credit and the contract says that service fees and insurance are included in the installment but to my surprise, they've been adding them again to monthly, tried calling them but i dont make sense of what they are saying because if the contract stipulates that those fees are added in the installment whether monthly or not they shouldn't increase my debt
