SERVICE EXCELLENCE BY CAROL JOEMAT at LEWIS STORES
On Tuesday the 09th March I registerd a complaint againt Best Price store in Twin City Bloemfontein pertaing to a refund due to me for 3 weeks. After the intervention by one special lady called Carol Joemat from Lewis customer care I can happily report that the refund has been paid into my account on the 12th March 2021. I intentionaly mention Carol Joemat due to her SERVICE EXCELLENCE, in that she has been keeping me in the loop on every progress of the query, thereby calling me twice a day. She has taken ownership of my complaint and also shown empathy all step of the way. Next time I have a dispute at any Lewis store/any service related issue I will simply ask for Carol Joemat. Thanks Carol...YOU ARE A LEWIS STAR!!!
