Service delivery is poor and not acceptable

We bought a hifi,microwave,kettle and iron and a vacuum cleaner,4 or 5 months ago,we are still waiting for vacuum cleaner,in the meantime lewis was at our home to claim we didn't pay the account,it was in arrears R150 but twe still waiting for vacuum cleaner,they come and make a noise at our gate so that the neighbours must see lewis is knocking at our door,I feel they are delivering poor service at the Hercules Pretoria branch,the communication in the store is not very good between the manager and employees...Mt Mitton id the client...
