SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE LEWIS STORES

Lewis group-Bears Rustenburg COB location as well and sad to say Head Office in Cape Town. PATHETICALLY USLESS SERVICE!!!! We took out a contract with Bears Rustenburg for a Washing Machine and A TV. TV is perfectly fine. The Washing Machine HOWEVER Russel Hobs brand from the start had fault. We called Bears reporting this issue everyday for 2 weeks until head office called and eventually after another week then came to fetch the washing machine after 2 more weeks we called for feedback regarding this. Nobody knew... They then dropped off a new washing machine with the SAME ISSUE (RUSSEL HOBS) We plugged it out put it away and immediately the next day reported this ISSUE AGAIN to Rustenburg Branch were they told us that we had to report this to the Manager of Rustenburg Branch (which was on leave) they said they cannot help. We WHATSAPPED the manager himself he ignored us several times.... Now after 1 month reporting the problem to Rustenburg Bears and Lewis Group Head Office in Cape Town. Head office phoned asking about the problem and promising they will report and sort this issue out WITH rustenburg. But here we are 3 more weeks later and nobody doing anything but at least Head office phones once a week asking '' has Rustenburg branch phoned us yet'' we say NO Please do something. So atleast they have this on the records!!! Now we still have the 2de broken machine and washing our clothes with our hands because of people not competent in the positions they are placed in.

THIS IS THE SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WE PERSONALLY HAVE WITH LEWIS GROUP. NOT TO BE ADVISED TO EVEN LOOK THEIR WAY.
