Samsung AU55AU7000 55UHD Smart tv Item code 708276
I have recieved very bad service from Beares furniture store in Lichtenburg I will never recommend anyone to buy from one of your stores as your service is very poor. I bought the Samsung UA55AU7000 55UHD Smart tv for R14,999.99 the item code is 708276 and it was on promotion of R1000 cash back,but even today I being told that the tv I bought was not on that promotion but in the catalogue is also there I don’t know if you are advertising false information or you just want to **** people I am done buying from you and at least I can still return the tv as the five days has not lapsed.

I bought this tv on Saturday 28-01-2023 and it was on promotion of R1000 cash back and to my surprise the branch manager told me that the tv is not on promotion but when you look at the catalogue and on the internet it is there on promotion so I was supposed to get the cash back.
I am only giving you guys until tomorrow @12pm then if I don’t get the cash back I will return the tv with peace and I will buy somewhere where they are honest with their customers and don’t **** them I will never ever buy anything from you guys anymore
