Safps listed and unable to even get a sassa grant because of Lewis Stores

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I had an account with them back in 2017. I got retrenched after a year of being a consumer of theirs and was unable to carry on with my monthly installments in which the insurance I was paying monthly should've kicked in. 4 years later while applying for the Sassa SRD grant I'm referred for the reason of being on the safps list. I then Called the South african ***** prevention service and found out that Lewis Stores flagged my name claiming that I handed them ********** bank statements! By the way, they require Stamped Bank statements straight from the bank, so how could it be possible that the statements are ********** and if so how am I the consumer to be blamed as the statements came directly from the bank! I am definitely taking this further and have discovered that I can get a lawyer to issue them a summons on defamation. This is the worst company you could ever do business with as their ethics are disturbing.
