S**** the 24 hour delivery policy

the service from Lewis store in Randburg Square is deplorable and they dont maintain Lewis 24 hour delivery policy. I purchased a bed online on thursday-14/12 and to date the delivery is not done. Everyday they have an excuse as to why the delivery cant take place. Dealing with the Branch Manager Matshela Mokobane is a nightmare. S**** the 24 hour delivery policy as not 1 person can get this right at this store. Clearly Lewis doesnt need me as a customer and i would not recommend this store to my family or friends.
