Rude Store Manager

the store manager at Lewis Chris Hani Crossing in Vosloorus is very rude, I came in looking for help and referred by Lewis Head office. All he need to do was just help facilitate an exchange of a damaged bed for a new bed. He in stead humiliated me in front of his staff and basically called me cheap. he insulted me with regards to my weight and my wife's weight. he proceeded to tell me that he cannot be housing damaged good in his store and cluttering it with ****... He then told me to save up more money and buy a better bed, as the beds i bought are of poor quality (Edblow). i was told a man of my size should not have been sold that bed as i am too heavy for the bed.
