Rude staff member!!

Lewis store in Prichard Street, the staff is extremely rude. They called me and I missed the call, I call back a colored lady answer the phone, polity I asked good day mam someone called me from your store she asked 'what' and drop the call in my ear. How rude can someone be? No man have customer service attitude!!!You honestly don't have yo be rude to a customer.
