Rude & Obnoxious Branch Manager

I purchased furniture on Monday 8 Feb2021from Pritchardt Branch. The Salesperson Nomsa & the Assistant Branch Manager Bongani were so helpful through the process and willing to help at every corner. Head Office confirmed Thurs 11 Feb that the BRANCH MANAGER MIKE will call to confirm delivery DATE/TIME. Mike never called - i tried calling the branch 6x to find out ETA of delivery, there was no answer.

12 Feb Nomsa called to say the driver is at my residence but I am not there. I advised I will ask my boyfriend to sign as I'm in a meeting and he is 3mins away. when he got there the driver was rude to him and said he wants me. He told the driver to wait, I will come in 5 Mins. when i got there The driver had left. Nomsa then called to tell me that MIKE wants to reprocess the deal as I do not live there. I asked to speak to MIKE and advised him if HE had to confirm ETA of delivery i would have made sure I was there (which he failed to do). MIKE is extremely rude & obnoxious and I feel bad for the other employees who get a bad rep because of him.
