Rude Branch Manager

Subject: Complaint about Branch Manager's Behavior at Lewis Sunvillage

Dear Lewis Head Office Team,

I am writing to report a disturbing incident that occurred on 28th of March 2025 at the Lewis Sunvillage store. I visited the store to collect a Pargo parcel, but the person assisting with parcels had left for lunch. When I inquired about the expected return time, the staff informed me that they didn't know when the person would return. I then asked if they could call the manager to assist me.

To my surprise, the staff provided me with the manager's phone number instead. When I called the manager, she became aggressive and rude, shouting at me and asking who had given me her number. I explained that I was simply trying to collect my parcel and inquired about her expected return time. Unfortunately, she continued to be uncooperative and eventually dropped the phone on me.

I was taken aback by her behavior, and the other customers in the store seemed to be shocked as well. Some customers even informed me that this was not an isolated incident and that the branch manager was known for her poor attitude.

I hope that you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the respect and service they deserve. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this matter.
