Rude and Useless service.

If you phone the Belfast branch they say sorry we can't help you you need to phone the customer service, then you phone the customer service and nothing happens. I tried to get a settlement from Vicky at Belfast no luck. Unfortunately i got retrenched so i could not pay the full installment. Now i need to pay double the amount??? Can't restructure the account to match your budget. Would definitely not recommend Lewis Stores.
