rude and unprofessional switchboard woman

<p>I phoned customer care now and asked the lady to transfer me to your marketing dept as on the website it does not give us the number for your marketing dept.<br />she transfer me and I came thru to switchboard the lady that I spoke to was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL she asked me why do I phone customer care and why don't I have the marketing dept number. I told her where i'm calling from and she said yes I have to look up for the marketing dept number. If that is the service that I'm getting from a switchboard lady then I really don't know how is your other staff.</p>
