Rude and unprofessional

Yoh, I had the worst experience with Lewis Protea Glen, the consultants there are so unprofessional and rude. The hiring criteria probably depend on how rude you are. I had an encounter with Thuli, and it is also confirmed that she is part of management. I contacted them as I needed to forward an employment confirmation letter. I was passed from one person to the other; they even scoffed on the phone, sounding so irritated and condescending. These are the people I wanted to take credit from which I qualified for.
