RUDE AND RUD STUFF PLUS MANAGER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>I had never came acrros such a rude manager in my hole life how could lewis employed such a rude and errogant person the previos on was slow but know how to treat customers this colourd man thinks Lewis belong to me he is giving me treat msg while i am in hospital sending ppl to my house while i wait on insurance claim using valgure languge telling the hole suburb what a bad customer i am this goes beyond how could you employeed ppl like this with no customer service back round this man is truley rude and errogant</p>
The level of service mentioned is by no means in line with the standards set by the Company. We have therefore escalated and addressed this matter with a senior manager to ensure that there is no further cause for complaints of this nature.
