So after repeatedly handing over my ALREADY PAID up account over to different collectors I wake up to calls from VVM collections again for an account that was paid up in 2020. I have repeatedly had to fight with these companies and Lewis about their ****ty service.

I have paid up letters and even a clearance certificate stating i dont owe you a cent. You are tarnishing my credit profile. This is really exhausting honestly. This was paid up August 2020 through nimble group. The account was now handed to Vertex and is still reflecting on my credit score that I owe you

Sort this mess out please, Vertex is running after Lewis like idiots trying to figure out why you would send them an account which was settled and closed in August.
