Revolting customer services

I made a purchase for a kitchen set at Lewis and every since it has been delivered I have been having ample problems with the unit. I brought the items at the Lewis Branch in Atteridgeville and was assisted by Mokgadi as the sales person. She was spot on while getting my sale, however ever since it has been a night mare to deal with her and her store manager. I needed a replacement for the kitchen sink that was originally delivered as the water pipe from the sink got damaged in a matter of 3 months. They brought the sink replacement however it was assembled in a way that it I cannot use it as the tap for my kitchen is the opposite to how it has been assembled. I have since contacted the store for assistance to no avail, contacted customer service and they advise that someone will be coming over as per the store communication and till now I have not been assisted even by had office. The consultant that called me from head office said I can write a report on here as they clearly do not care about what they customers feel or think.

I am revolted and wish I could cancel this whole purchase as we speak.
