Review account

<p>Would you kindly review the account in terms of which a washing machine was purchased at Lewis Klerksdorp Anderson Street, for R3199.99 on 04/06/2011 and the total paid was R8 587.68 with "fees charged" on the monthly statement in the amount of R30.00. I request this on the basis of the article in Beeld published on 9 February 2016. During the period of this HP we have requested assistance on numerous occassions from Lewis Klerksdorp from Anne Marie and Maryka but were never able to establish any facts. Kindly review the account from date of purchase up and until final settlement as we are of the opinion that unneccesary fees were charged to this account which is ******* in terms of the Credit Protection Act. Your cooperation much appreciated.</p>
