Restonic titanic boat bed

So I bought a bed at Lewis in Chris Hani Vosloorus but it was not aligned it was not straight strings inside were making funny noises I called them and went to them but even today I haven't heard from them its been 4 months now and I can't be buying another bed within a year after buying a R6000 Restonic bed. Worst experience ever Im not happy. Tried emailing the head office still no reply from them too
