Restonic new bed not up to standard

Im very disappointed in my furniture shop, everything about this Restonic bed i bought from them is not going well ever since the day i chose it, first it was the delayed delivery, now after sleeping on it for a month i started noticing that the mattress had holes and metal spikes were protruding outside the material right at the edges of the mattress, I reported the matter a month ago and sent the pictures, I was told that within 21 days the matter will be resolved, a new mattress will be brought to exchange this one, but still today no follow up no word from them,Im not happy at all because this time around I have waited patiently giving them time to rectify the matter
