RESTONIC BED SUPPLIER ARE A DISGRACE

My husband has an account with Lewis stores ,it's going a year however the beds we purchased is a disgrace as the springs are coming out,, the bed is sinking in, when the beds was purchased I asked the consultants if these bed can be washed by hand their response was yes u can wash it , to my surprise my bed looks dirty after washing.However my complaint is about the springs on the side off the bed is showing terrible, we can't even have a good night sleep, we have complained to the store they wanted photos it was sent.Lewis stores then sent it to the supplier and the response we got back was my bed I dirty like seriously I'm paying and just to get out off replacing my bed that's the excuse when I was told I can wash the bed , I don't have 800 to hire a machine to was my beds.but when a customer is late with payment just a few days or a month they are very fast to phone and ask for their monies or they threaten to come and take the goods but when it's time for them to assist they can't they have to go according to the supplier
