Restonic bed bought from Lewis Ladysmith

Hi Admin. I would like to complain about Lewis Ladysmith as well as Restonic Bed. I bought a bed last year September 2022 at Lewis Ladysmith and after 3 months the springs came out of bed on one side. I raised my complain to Lewis Ladysmith and they took longest time to take action to my complaint. Last month ( April) I received a call from the Manager of Lewis Ladysmith and told me to send pictures of the bed to Restonic bed member who deals with customer complaints. His name is Yadv (sp). I sent him pictures of the bed and he requested me to send more pictures which I did and that was the last time I heard from him. I have been sending him messages asking about the progress of my complain but still I get no response.

I would like to take action against them to either fully refund me or take the bed and give us a new bed.
