Replacing bad quality products with a replica

Where do I start!? Got a replacement bed and let's just say the 'new' one is worse than the first one! I actually realised that Lewis makes money by selling cheap products at a high price! I'm so frustrated! I'm paying for something that is not worth its money! And mind you, I waited 3 months for them to sort out my complaint and it seems that another one is on the horizon! You are ******** your customers and show no remorse AT ALL! PATHETIC!
