Replacement after product was un repairable

<p>I reeceived very bad service from Lewis Bothaville branch. My washing machine was still under guarantee and broke. It was un repairable as per Lewis. Lewis told me that it will be replaced but since April they are only making promises ect. When I call to stock clark he was sceaming on me ect. Why is the use to have guarantee if Lewis have to many stories and excuses???</p>
