Repairs still waiting

Bought a fridge from Lewis stores Boksburg , after two weeks the light inside didn't work , I went inside the store 4 times to report it , the call was log the guy said the repair guy will be there in two days its now a month and still not fix. I want a new fridge before I escalate to the CGSO
