Repairing of my plasma Tv that was struck by lightning.

Last year November i took my plasma Tv at lewis store because it was struck by lightning and im still waiting for the tv and ive paid 3 months installments without a tv which is very bad for me and no one is coming up with a plan to maybe borrow me a tv while im waiting for mine and i pay my account good,im seriously disappointed with thier service and want to pay them off so that i can close my account with them. the lady that is working with that account at lewis store told me that the quotation company was closed at december time and they opened in january,thats why it took so long and im angry because its the stores fault,they must come up with a solution because im a client.
